IWAC2024 will provide documents supporting for the issuance of Japanese visa ONLY to paper presenters and co-authors. One MUST register and complete the payment of registration fee before contacting the IWAC2024 Secretariat for support regarding visa issuance. We strongly recommend advanced travel planning and early visa application for a smooth entry to Japan (at least two months before your planned date of arrival in Japan). Contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate General of Japan for detailed information.

IWAC2024 will respond to visa application request until September 20th , 2024.
  Provision of documents required for visa application will be declined for requests beyond this date.

Note: Notification of paper acceptance is due on July 26th , 2024. If your paper is accepted, make sure to plan your trip and arrange visa application in a timely manner.
